DTC Description

If a short circuit to ground in the control line of the oil pressure solenoid valve is detected, the ECM sets a P122200 DTC and prohibits CVVT control. In this case, actual pressure is lower than target and the ECM limits engine RPM because engine could be damaged with low oil pressure.
