Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	PCSV connector	2 (power)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 12V
	PCSV connector	1 (control)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 2.5V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect battery (-) cable. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component and ECM.	PCSV connector	1 (control)	ECM connector	38 (PCSV control)	Approx. below 1Ω
	PCSV connector	1 (control)	Chassis ground	-	∞ (infinity)Ω

Good

Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Repair or replace as necessary and then, Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
