Ignition "ON". Engine "ON" and over 2000 RPM.	Connect KDS to "Data Link Connector (DLC)". Perform "Actuation Test" of concerned component with KDS.	Fig.1

CAUTION: The purpose of this test is to check the fuel injection for defects. Start this test in a stable idle state to get accurate results.

Good

Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or ECM's connector or was repaired and ECM memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.

No Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the injector and Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
