DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Internal monitoring
  • Excessive wear on brake pad
  • Wrong air-gap between brake pad and disc
  • Faulty brake wheel cylinder
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • When calculated brake disc temperature is higher than 450°C (842°F)
Warning Lamp
  • Not activated
Disable Condition
  • When calculated brake disc temperature is lower than 350°C (662°F)
