Module Circuit Inspection

Inspection Item Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
Power inspection (ICU ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the connector(s) from ICU.
 ICU connector 1, 2, 3, 4, 17 (Memory power) Chassis ground - B+
Power inspection (ICU ↔ Chassis ground
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the connector(s) from ICU.
  3. Ignition "ON".
 ICU connector 40 (ACC/ON Input) Chassis ground - B+
ICU connector 31 (IG1 Input) Chassis ground - B+
ICU connector 26 (IG2 Input) Chassis ground - B+
Open in circuit inspection (ICU ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the connector(s) from ICU.
 ICU connector 16, 24 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω

Good
