DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor ESP OFF switch circuit signal
  • Short to power in ESP OFF switch circuit
  • Faulty ESP OFF switch
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Normal 12V battery voltage (9 to 16V)
Threshold Value
  • ESP OFF switch "ON" for more than 60s
Warning Lamp
  • None
Disable Condition
  • ESP OFF switch "OFF" during 1s
