Power inspection (AVH switch ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Disconnect the connector(s) from AVH switch.
  2. Ignition "ON".
 AVH switch connector 1 (ON/START Input) Chassis ground - B+
Voltage inspection (AVH switch ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Ignition "ON".
  2. AVH switch "OFF".
 AVH switch connector 4 (signal) Chassis ground - 0V
Voltage inspection (AVH switch ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Ignition "ON".
  2. AVH switch "ON".
 AVH switch connector 4 (signal) Chassis ground - B+
Short in circuit inspection (AVH switch ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the connector(s) from AVH switch.
 AVH switch connector 4 (signal) Chassis ground - ∞ (infinity)Ω
Open in circuit inspection (AVH switch ↔ HECU)
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the connector(s) from AVH switch, HECU.
 AVH switch connector 4 (signal) HECU connector 34 (signal) Approx. below 1Ω
