Rear Brake Disc Thickness Check

Check the brake pads for wear and fade.
Check the brake disc for damage and cracks.
Remove all rust and contamination from the surface, and measure the disc thickness at 8 points, at least, at the same distance apart 5.0 mm (0.1969 in.) from the brake disc outer circle.

With EPB: 11 mm (0.3937 in.)

Without EPB: 11 mm (0.3937 in.)

Service limit

With EPB: 9.0 mm (0.3543 in.)

Without EPB: 9.4 mm (0.3701 in.)

Deviation: less than 0.005 mm (0.0002 in)
