Removal & Installation: Installation

Install in reverse order of removal.
When replacing the power tailgate unit, perform the "Power Tailgate Mode Configuration" with the KDS.
(S/W Management → Power Tailgate → Power Tailgate Mode Configuration)

Information

Refer to the KDS screen for operating conditions and details
Perform power tailgate initialization according to the procedure below.
1. Press the power tailgate switch and the outside handle switch simultaneously.
2. After pressing for more than 3 seconds, confirm the beep.
3. Manually close the power tailgate completely.
