DTC C160C-87: Local CAN Time-Out: General Description

Lane Keeping Assist System: LKAS also has a CAN line that connects directly to the front radar 1:1 apart from L-CAN. The CAN is defined as C-CAN, which transmits and receives CAN signals to perform the Smart Cruise Control (SCC) function. The function is not unique to the front camera, and therefore the front radar is the main function, the front camera will not illuminate the warning lamp if the CAN signal is abnormal, but the DTC will be stored internally for vehicle inspection.
