Diagnosis Time	0.5s
Symptom	SCC disengagement and shutdown SCC warning lamp turns on FCA disengagement and shutdown FCA warning lamp turns on NSCC disabled NSCC USM setting disable
Disable Condition	Normal AVNT CAN message received
