7P Standard [Passenger's side]

  1. Turn the IG OFF, separate the auxiliary battery (12 V) (-) terminal, and disconnect the high voltage service interlock connector.
    1. Remove the front trunk pad (A).

    2. Remove the auxiliary battery (12 V) service cover (A).

    3. Disconnect the auxiliary battery (12 V) negative (-) terminal (A) after loosening the nut.

      Tightening torque  :

      7.8 - 9.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.0 kgf.m, 5.8 - 7.2 lb.ft)

    4. Disconnect the high voltage service interlock connector (A).

    WARNING: Wait more than 5 minutes for capacitor of the high voltage battery system to be discharged completely.
  2. Remove the 2nd seat assembly bolt covers (A).

  3. Remove the 2nd seat assembly bolts (A).

    Tightening torque  :

    44.1 - 58.8 N.m (4.5 - 6.0 kgf.m, 32.5 - 43.4 lb.ft)

  4. Disconnect the seat connectors (A).

  5. Remove the 2nd seat assembly (A).
