Power inspection (UWB FL ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Disconnect the UWB FL connector.
  2. Ignition "ON".
 UWB FL connector 8 (memory power) Chassis ground - B+
Power inspection (UWB FR ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Disconnect the UWB FR connector.
  2. Ignition "ON".
 UWB FR connector 8 (memory power) Chassis ground - B+
Power inspection (UWB RL ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Disconnect the UWB RL connector.
  2. Ignition "ON".
 UWB RL connector 8 (memory power) Chassis ground - B+
Power inspection (UWB RR ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Disconnect the UWB RR connector.
  2. Ignition "ON".
 UWB RR connector 8 (memory power) Chassis ground - B+
Power inspection (UWB trunk ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Disconnect the UWB trunk connector.
  2. Ignition "ON".
 UWB trunk connector 8 (memory power) Chassis ground - B+
Open in circuit inspection (UWB FL ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the UWB FL connector.
 UWB FL connector 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
Open in circuit inspection (UWB FR ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the UWB FR connector.
 UWB FR connector 3, 4, 5, 6 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
Open in circuit inspection (UWB RL ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the UWB RL connector.
 UWB RL connector 3, 5, 6 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
Open in circuit inspection (UWB RR ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the UWB RR connector.
 UWB RR connector 3, 5, 6, 7 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
Open in circuit inspection (UWB trunk ↔ Chassis ground)
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the UWB trunk connector.
 UWB trunk connector 5, 6, 7 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
Good 
  • Fault might be intermittent and caused either by poor contact in connectors or wiring harness, or it has been repaired and control module memory is not cleared yet. Thoroughly check terminal of 12V battery, all connectors (and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage.
  • Repair or replace as necessary and then Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
