Enable Condition	12V battery voltage is between 9 to 16V UWB L-CAN communication is activated
Threshold Value	If the received messages do not arrive within the specified timeout period, and this state persists for 10s
Symptom	UWB FR module can not receive normal CAN signal
Clear Condition	After receiving normal CAN signal
