Wheel Run-Out Inspection
- Jack up the vehicle and support with a jack securely.
- Measure the wheel Run-out by using a dial indicator as shown in the illustration below.
Standard Radial direction Axial direction Run-out Aluminum Wheel 0.3 mm (0.0118 in.) 0.3 mm (0.0118 in.) - If measured value exceeds the standard value, replace the wheel.
