Insulation Resistance

  1. Remove the front high voltage junction box.

    (Refer to Battery Control System - " FRONT HIGH VOLTAGE JUNCTION BOX  ") 

  2. Remove the inverter assembly.

    (Refer to Battery Control System - " INVERTER ASSEMBLY - 4WD REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION  ") 

  3. Using an insulation resistance tester check insulation resistance.
    1. Connect the (-) terminal of insulation resistance tester to housing.
    2. Connect the (+) terminal of the insulation resistance tester to the 3-phase (U, V, W).

    3. Supply DC 1, 000 V power for about 1 minute and check the measured value.
