Dielectric Strength

  1. Remove the front high voltage junction box.

    (Refer to Battery Control System - " FRONT HIGH VOLTAGE JUNCTION BOX  ") 

  2. Remove the inverter assembly.

    (Refer to Battery Control System - " INVERTER ASSEMBLY - 4WD REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION  ") 

  3. Using a withstanding voltage tester to check leakage current.
    1. Connect the (-) terminal of withstand voltage tester to housing.
    2. Connect the (+) terminal of withstand voltage tester to 3-phase (U, V, W).

    3. Check the measured value by applying AC 2, 200 V for one minute.
