Vehicle S/W Management

"TCU Neutralization" Vehicle S/W Management
Inspection Condition Inspection Procedure Reference
1. Start "On".
2. Gear Lever position "P".
3. Vehicle speed 0 km/h.
4. Battery normal (10V or higher).
5. NO DTC.		 1. Connect KDS to "Data Link Connector (DLC)".
2. Select the "Vehicle S/W Management" about related DTC with KDS.
3. Select "TCU Neutralization" in S/W Management.
4. After the final work, go to "Verification of Repair" procedure.		 Fig.1 to 5
CAUTION: In case of replacing TCU, Clutch pack, TCU update and TCU learning value is abnormal. Perform following procedures

"Air bleeding" Vehicle S/W Management
Inspection Condition Inspection Procedure Reference
1. Start "On".
2. Gear Lever position "P".
3. Vehicle speed 0 km/h.
4. Battery normal (10V or higher).
5. NO DTC.		 1. Connect KDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Select the "Vehicle S/W Management" about related DTC with KDS.
3. Select "Air bleeding" in S/W Management.
4. After the final work, go to "Verification of Repair" procedure.		 Fig.1 to 4
CAUTION: In case of replacing TCU, Clutch pack, TCU update and TCU learning value is abnormal. Perform following procedures

1. Start "ON".
2. Gear Lever position "P".
3. Vehicle speed 0 km/h.
4. Battery normal. (10V or higher)
5. NO DTC.		 1. Connect KDS to "Data Link Connector (DLC)".
2. Select the "Vehicle S/W Management" about related DTC with KDS.
3. Perform "TCU LEARNING" of vehicle S/W Management.
4. After final operation, go to "Verification of Repair" procedure.		 Fig.1 to 6
