Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	PCM connector	49, 50 (Memory power)	Chassis ground	-	B+
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect battery (-) cable. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	PCM connector	94, 117 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. below 1Ω

Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If problem still occurs, replace PCM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.

No Good

Repair open or short in circuit and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
