Removal and Installation: Notes

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
  2. Remove the air duct (A).

  3. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
    1. Disconnect the MAFS & IATS connector (A).

    2. Disconnect the breather hose (A).
    3. Disconnect the breather hose (B).
    4. Disconnect the intake hose (C).

      Tightening torque: 

      Hose clamp: 2.9 - 4.9 N.m (0.3 - 0.5 kgf.m, 2.2 - 3.6 lb.ft, 26.0 - 43.4 lb.in)

    5. Remove the air cleaner assembly (D).

      Tightening torque: 

      7.8 - 9.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.0 kgf.m, 5.8 - 7.2 lb.ft)

  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
