Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check downstream HO2S heater circuit
  • Poor connector connection
  • Control circuit is short to battery
  • HO2S (Bank 1, Sensor 2) heater
  • PCM
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • The downstream HO2S control circuit is detected as short circuit to battery
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuously
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycle
