DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy Case1
  • Monitor the accuracy of time measurements by Micro COM during engine running
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty PCM
Case2
  • Monitor the time after engine "OFF"
Enable Conditions Case1
  • Ignition "ON"
  • 10s elapsed with ignition "ON"
  • Battery voltage 9 and 16V
Case2
  • Battery voltage 9 and 16V
  • Engine stops above 32 RPM
Threshold Value Case1
  • Difference between the time of engine running time calculated by main Micro COM and engine running time calculated by external Micro COM is greater than 10s + 10% of engine running time
Case2
  • 2s after engine stop, the engine stop timer is greater than 3s (basic unit is 1s)
Diagnostic Time Case1
  • 0.1s
Case2
  • 0.2s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycle
