DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor low pressure fuel pump consumption current
  • Poor connector connection
  • Fuel filter blocked
  • Fuel leakage
  • Fuel level sender & Fuel pump motor
  • PCM
Enable Conditions
  • Engine "ON"
  • Battery voltage is between 9 and 16V
  • Target fuel pressure is between 250 and 600 kPa

  • The current of low pressure fuel pump is below the reference value
Case2
  • The current of low pressure fuel pump is greater than the reference value
