DTC P0617-F1: Starter Relay Circuit High: General Description

When a signal is inputted from the ignition switch, the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) grounds the starter relay to run the engine. In the ISG system, the PCM will run the engine if the idle stop release or auto start conditions are met.
