Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	EOTS & OPS connector	3 (power)	Chassis ground	-	B+
	EOTS & OPS connector	2 (signal)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 2.8V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect battery (-) cable. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	EOTS & OPS connector	1 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. below 1Ω
	EOTS & OPS connector	2 (signal)	PCM connector	11 (control)	Approx. below 1Ω
	EOTS & OPS connector	2 (signal)	Chassis ground	-	∞ (infinity)Ω

Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the EOTS & OPS and go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.

No Good

Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
