Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Misfire monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open in MPI injector control circuit
  • MPI injector
  • Ignition system
  • Fuel system
  • Intake or exhaust air system
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed is between 32 and 700 RPM
  • Battery voltage is between 10 and 16V
Threshold Value
  • Misfire caused by MPI injector
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuously
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycle
