DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical inspection
  • Poor connector connection
  • Short to battery in GDI Injector #2 control circuit
  • GDI injector #2
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed is between 32 and 700 RPM
  • Battery voltage is between 10 and 16V
  • Power stage command "ON"
  • Main pulse of cylinder individual injection time is greater than 0.336 ms
Threshold Value
  • Injector driver voltage is greater than 2.5V (high)
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuously
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycle
