Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	EOTS & OPS connector	4 (signal)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 5V
	EOTS & OPS connector	1 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 0V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	EOTS & OPS connector	4 (signal)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. below 1Ω

Good

No Good

Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
