High Voltage Cable Inspection

Ignition "OFF". Disconnect main battery safety plug, and wait for 5 minutes. Check high voltage terminal is lower than 30V. Disconnect auxiliary battery (-) cable. Disconnect high voltage cable of between HV junction block and main battery pack.	High voltage cable of high voltage junction block	(+)	High voltage cable of main battery pack	(+)	Approx. below 1Ω

Good

Go to "OBC fuse inspection" procedure.

No Good

Repair as necessary and then go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

OBC fuse inspection

Ignition "OFF" Disconnect main battery safety plug, and wait for 5 minutes. Check high voltage terminal is lower than 30V. Disconnect auxiliary battery (-) cable. Disconnect high voltage cable of HV junction block. Remove the EV fuse from the main battery pack and measure the resistance at both ends of the EV fuse.	EV fuse	Input terminal	EV fuse	Output terminal	Approx. below 1Ω

Good

Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the OBC fuse and then go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
