Inspection Procedure

1. Check fuses and relays.
2. Check auxiliary battery terminals and charge status.
3. Inspect following items.

1. Damages on wiring harness and terminals: Inspect the open in wiring, deterioration and contact resistance, oxidation, deformation on terminals.
2. Connection condition of connector: Inspect the damages on locking device, broken away terminals, and connection condition of terminals and wirings. Inspect the connection condition between male pins and female pins by disconnecting the connector. Once the inspection is complete, properly reconnect the pins.

Good 

• Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
• If problem is not found with the circuits or connectors, retry charging.
• If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the OBC and then Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

No Good 

• Repair or replace as necessary and then Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
