Good
- Fault might be intermittent and caused either by poor contact in connectors or wiring harness, or it has been repaired and control module memory is not cleared yet. Thoroughly check terminal of battery, all connectors (and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage.
- If the battery charge after the normal start-up is abnormal or if the battery cell voltage deviation is greater than 0.5V, perform "BMS cell voltage current data verification " procedures.
No Good
- Perform the "SOC Calibration" procedure in "Vehicle S/W Management".
- If SOC is greater than 5% after performing "SOC Calibration", Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
- If SOC is less than 5% after performing "SOC Calibration", check DTC displayed with KDS. If DTC is displayed, perform "BMS cell voltage current data verification " procedure.
- If SOC is 0.1 to 4.9% without DTC after performing "SOC Calibration", perform "Engine Test On". If the battery is charged normally, go to "Verification Of Repair" procedure. If the battery is charged abnormally, go to "BMS CELL VOLTAGE CURRENT DATA VERIFICATION " procedure.
- If SOC is less than 0% without DTC after performing "SOC Calibration", go to "BMS CELL VOLTAGE CURRENT DATA VERIFICATION " procedure.
