Repair Procedures: Installation

Install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

Do not reuse the high pressure fuel pipe.
Be careful not to transform the shape of the high pressure fuel pipe.
If the injector is dropped, it may cause internal damage. (Do not reuse)

Replace the high pressure fuel pipe with a new one. (Do not reuse)

NOTE:

Note the followings when mounting the injector on the delivery pipe:

When reusing the injector, replace it with a new one.

O-Ring
Support disc
Clip
Rubber washer (When installing the rubber washer, mount the steel plate faced to the cylinder mount and the rubber plate faced to the injector body.)
Sealing

(Refer to Injector - "REPLACEMENT ")

Apply engine oil to the injector O-ring.
Do not apply engine oil to the combustion seal ring.
