DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor EPB switch signal
  • EPB switch circuit stuck
  • Faulty EPB switch
  • Driver abnormal switch control
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Auxiliary battery normal voltage
Threshold Value
  • If the switch is stuck in apply/release state for more than 90s (below 4 kph (2.49 mph))
Warning Lamp
  • EPB
Disable Condition
  • Neutral state input more than 2s
