Repair Procedures: Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE: Install the sensor after applying the oil to O-ring (A).

  2. Perform the engine clutch fluid pressure calibration using the KDS.
    NOTE: HCU need to be learnt the kissing point at both ends of the clutch to reduce shock while engine power is connected to the transaxle. So perform the Clutch Pressure Sensor (CPS) Calibration after installing the CPS, HCU, engine or hybrid drive motor.
