Connector Assembly Status Test

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

    (Refer to Charging System - "AUXILIARY 12V BATTERY ")

  2. Remove the engine cover.

    (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "ENGINE COVER ")

  3. Disconnect the RCV hose (A) and breather hose (B).

  4. Remove the intake hose (A) after releasing the clamps.

    Tightening torque  :

    4.9 - 6.8 N.m (0.5 - 0.7 kgf.m, 3.7 - 5.0 lb.ft, 43.4 - 60.7 lb.in)

  5. Remove the connector (A) and reinstall it.
