WARNING:
- When working on the high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
- When working on the high voltage system or related components, be sure to observe and be aware of the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings". If not, it may cause serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
- When working on the high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedure.
- Mark the center of the emblem.NOTE: Since the center of the emblem "I" is not located at the center of the vehicle, refer to the procedure below to mark the center.
- After measuring the horizontal length of the emblem, mark the center (A).
Information
If the width is 21 cm (8.27 in), the 11.5 cm (4.53 in) part coincides with the center of the vehicle. As shown in the image below, the part that is skewed to the left of "I" is the center.
NOTE: The shape of the emblem foam pad maybe different for each vehicle. - Mark the center of the emblem on the foam pad.
- After measuring the horizontal length of the emblem, mark the center (A).
- Measure the distance of the curved surface from the reference point and attach the emblem to the vehicle center.

NOTE: The attachment position is attached significantly to the value set at the end of the emblem, not to the end of the foam pad. - After attaching the emblem, use a tool such as a roller to attach it closely to the vehicle body.
