Good
- Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or SCU's connector or was repaired and SCU memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
- If no symptoms are present but the DTC is not cleared, perform the "Verification Of Repair " procedure after performing the "Clear Learning Value" procedure in "Vehicle S/W Management".
No Good
- Check the short circuit between the power supply circuit and the Encoder power line.
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
- If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the SBW actuator and Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
