DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty the SBW actuator
  • Faulty the SCU
Enable Condition
  • Auxiliary battery voltage is greater than 10V
  • Motor related errors is not detected
  • Position sensor and encoder should be normal
Threshold Value
  • If the difference between the position sensor signal value and the previous value is less than 1%
  • Motor speed is less than 200 RPM
  • Motor current is more than 5A
  • In the above condition, if the ASW internal variable is more than 0.2s
Detecting Time
  • 1s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
