DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Circuit Malfunction
  • Poor connector connection
  • Short to ground or open in encoder signal circuit of SBW actuator
  • Faulty the SBW actuator
  • Faulty the SCU
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Auxiliary battery voltage is greater than 10V
Threshold Value
  • If an error pattern is detected more than 20 times while inspecting the pattern of motor encoder A, B
Detecting Time
  • 1s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
