DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty the SBW actuator
  • Faulty the SCU
Enable Condition
  • Auxiliary battery voltage is greater than 10V
  • Motor related errors is not detected
  • Position sensor and encoder should be normal
Threshold Value
  • When the motor target duty is zero
  • When the motor speed is 15 RPM or less
  • When the above two conditions are maintained for 1 second and the variation (encoder, position sensor) is more than 3%
Detecting Time
  • 1s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
