DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Position sensor signal circuit error
  • Faulty the position sensor
  • Faulty the SCU
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON" (diagnose even when engine is "ON")
  • Auxiliary battery voltage is greater than 10V
Threshold Value
  • Invalid range signal is detected (S1, S2 signal is out of range 9 to 91%)
Detecting Time
  • 4s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
