Monitor KDS Data

Ignition "ON".	Connect the charging connector to charge. (keeps charge state to check temperature change) Connect KDS to "Data Link Connector (DLC)". Monitor parameter in "Current Data" with KDS.	Fig.1

Good

Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the part's and/or connector or was repaired and ECU memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

No Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, check the cooling system and then Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
If no problems were found with the cooling system, replace the OBC and then Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

CAUTION: ■ In case of replaced or repaired OBC, Replenish the cooling water and the electric water pump (EWP) is driven by KDS to circulate the cooling water.
