Inspection Procedure

  1. In electrical equipment consisting of many wires and connectors, poor contact between wires and connectors can lead to various failures and component damage.
  2. Check the following points.
    1. Damage of wiring and terminals: Check for disconnection, deterioration and contact resistance, oxidation, and deformation of terminals in the wiring sheath.
    2. Connector connection status: Check that the locking device is damaged, the terminal is disconnected, and the terminal and wiring are connected.
    3. Checking the LDC output terminal and bolt status: Check that the output stage is assembled and the assembled bolts are grounding bolts.
    4. Checking auxiliary battery assembly status: Check the condition of the auxiliary battery (+) and (-).
  3. Perform further detailed checks with reference to the field examples below.
Field Example: Loosed nut between LDC output cable terminal and junction box
