Discharged Auxiliary Battery Inspection: General Description

The Low Voltage DC-DC Converter (LDC) converts high voltage to low voltage (Approx. 12V) and charges the auxiliary battery. The LDC is located in the Hybrid Powertrain Control Unit (HPCU).

* 12V jumper should be used when charging the auxiliary battery. HPCU and auxiliary battery damage when using jumper other than 12V jumper (eg 24V class)
