DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN signal check
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open or short in each module communication line
  • Open or short in communication line
  • 120Ω resistor
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Auxiliary battery voltage (9 to 16V)
  • HCU (LDC) ready "ON"
  • If the condition above is satisfied and it is held for more than 0.5s
Threshold Value
  • G-CAN bus off (No communication G-CAN message)
DTC Erasing
  • Failure to achieve the threshold value
DTC Confirmation
  • 2 driving cycles
