Good
- Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
- Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
No Good
- If there is a fault related Immobilizer or CAN, After diagnosing ECM and SMK, check and repair this fault first. Then, Check this DTC P167908 is set.
- If the DTC is erased, check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace Engine ECU and then go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
