Monitor DTC Status

Active Fault
- Check belt condition, Installation condition, contamination by water or foreign materials etc, belt tension condition and etc.
Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure. (Be careful especially when you check belt.
Because the Generator (HSG) belt can be operated when mode is changed from EV Mode to HEV mode.)
- Check engine first if there is any DTC on the engine side and confirm that it is erasable. And erase the DTC P0A7D94 and check that MIL is ON again.
- Check MCU first if there is any DTC on the MCU side and confirm that it is erasable. And erase the DTC P0A7D94 and check that MIL is ON again.
- Check BMS first if there is any DTC on the BMS side and confirm that it is erasable. And erase the DTC P0A7D94 and check that MIL is ON again.
- Check MCU/HSG/BMS High Voltage connectors for looseness, poor connection, ending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure. And erase the DTC P0A7D94 and check that MIL is ON again.
History/Pending Fault
- Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or control module's connector or was repaired and control module's memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
- Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
