DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

  • Refer to 'HCU Fault Information 1 to 10' in the sensor data of the diagnostic unit
Case 1 Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Auxiliary battery voltage (10 to 16V)
  • HCU ready
  • HEV ready
  • No CAN communication fault
Threshold Value
  • HSG cranking fail count is more than 2 times (cranking fail)

  • Engine system state is 'not ready' for 7.5s

  • Clutch phase open
  • Coolant temperature is higher than -30°C (-22°F)

  • In case engine stall is maintained below 350 - 450 RPM (according to the coolant temperature) for 2.4s (more than 3 times)
