Circuit Inspection

Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect auxiliary battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 OBC connector 8 (G-CAN high) OBC connector 16 (G-CAN low) Approx. 60Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
 OBC connector 2, 17, 25 (power) Chassis ground - B+
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect auxiliary battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 OBC connector 1, 9 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect auxiliary battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 OBC connector 8 (G-CAN high) Chassis ground - ∞ (infinity)Ω
OBC connector 16 (G-CAN low) Chassis ground - ∞ (infinity)Ω
ICU connector 27 (G-CAN high) OBC connector 8 (G-CAN high) Approx. below 1Ω
ICU connector 28 (G-CAN low) OBC connector 16 (G-CAN low) Approx. below 1Ω
  1. Ignition "ON".
 OBC connector 8 (G-CAN high) Chassis ground - Fig.1
OBC connector 16 (G-CAN low) Chassis ground -
