DTC Description

U111600 is set when the EWP cannot transmit the LIN data or transmits the abnormal LIN data to the MCU. It can occur when there is a faulty power supply, or an open or poor connection, or a short in the signal circuit.

WARNING: Since hybrid vehicles contain a high voltage battery, if the high voltage system or vehicles are handled incorrectly, this might lead to a serious accidents like electric shock and electric leakage.
* Non-compliance with the following instructions can induce death or injury caused by electric shock.

Carefully read and follow service information instructions.
Wear insulated gloves, safety glasses and use insulated tools for your safety.
Turn the ignition switch off and disconnect ground cable of auxiliary battery and remove the safety plug.
Wait for more than 5 minutes so that the inverter capacitor can be naturally discharged.
Check high voltage terminal on power relay assembly is lower than 30V.
Per for Resolver adaptation alter the HPCU or the driver motor or the Hybrid Starter Generator (HSG) is replaced or reinstalled.
When replaced HPCU, Perform air bleeding for HPCU with KDS.
